CHEF RAFFAELE MARSILLIO

of Somma Vesuviana, near Naples, Italy, was trained at the hands of his mother, Geraldina, who cooked in a local restaurant. He watched and assisted as she dazzled customers with her perfectly spiced, country style food. Over the years the family has shared their love of food throughout Italy. Today the family still owns two restaurants in Europe. Chef Raffaele brings these memories and recipes to be shared at VINITO RISTORANTE.
